At SG Automotive we have a production park suitable for producing high tech electronic parts. We are totally aligned with automotive industry demands. We do pick and place over 310 million components per year. Among those there are 60 millions LED. We constantly have over 140 different items in production, and produce more than 5 million electronic products every year.

We are performing following operations:

• THT, SMD pick and place
• wave, reflow, selective soldering
• "pin in paste" technology
• action pin punching
• ICT and AOI testing
• conformal coating

In a year 1998, when we have started with electronic production Schefenacker introduced the first complete automotive LED tail light. Since then we are particularly specialized in the assembly of electronic components for lighting, especially LED's (Light Emitting Diodes). Durability and much faster reaction time have contributed to wide use of those miniature lighting sources within automotive industry. Today there are more that 60 millions LED's flowing through our production in one year period.


There are constantly more that 140 different electronic assemblies being produced by SG Automotive every day at our electronic plant in Slovenske Konjice. We produce more than 5 million of them every year.
